Terms & Agreements

Catering Contract

This Catering Contract is entered into between ​Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions (“Caterer”) and ​Agreement  (“ Yourself ”) together sets forth the agreement between the Parties relating to catering services to be provided by the Caterer for Client for the event identified in this Contract.

1. Event Details

Our catering services are to provide food delivery services, and related services, for your upcoming event: Which has been agreed upon via consultation & final reservation agreement day.

 

During your consultation, you'll discuss event service details, date & times of drop-off time (for your event): (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”)

Event Drop Off Location (for guests): (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”) Location: (“Venue”); (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”) Estimated number of guests: (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”)

2. Menu to Be Served

The Parties have agreed: to the menu (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”) Catering Agreement as Exhibit A. Caterer reserves the right to make small changes to the menu if key ingredients are unable to be sourced due to reasons beyond the control of the Parties. The following limitations will apply to this reservation of right - ((“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”)). No alcoholic beverages or non-sealed soft or fruit drinks.

3. Coordination with Venue

Our caterer will need to have access for dropping off food orders to Locations and or Venue/s no later than 10 hours in advance of the Start Time for the Event Client will make all necessary arrangements, at the Client’s expense, to get this access arranged.

4. Payment Terms

In exchange for the services of our Caterer as specified in this Catering Contract, Client will pay to our Caterer a full amount when final online reservations have been completed the day of booking the reservation before the event, but in no event, if the guest count changes the current contract will be voided and an agreement will have to be arranged (“via consultation and a new reservation form must be submitted”) all Guest Count must be provided by Client to Caterer 1 month in advance in advance of the Event. As of the signing of this Contract, the total amount is estimated to be (“Estimated Total Cost”). as stated, (“As specified via consultation and or reservation form”) which is documented on the reservation electronic receipt. Payment will be made to the Caterer as follows: (During the reservation scheduled online) final amount that's due on the date of completing the signing & submission of our online reservation form, and the balance of approximately what is agreed upon in advance of the event. The exact amount is due upon the completion & signing of our Client reservation submission form online with provided signature, two weeks in advance of the Event along with a Final Guest Count.

5. Responsibilities for Related Costs

You as the Client are solely responsible for all costs and/or deposits relating to special requests, utensils, equipment, or any 3rd party outsourced services, and for obtaining any necessary permissions, authorizations, or other requirements of our Caterer providing services for the event.

6. Insurance and Indemnification

Our Caterer has, will not be responsible for any event-related issues for we Soley provide food cater drop off services. for any insurance relating to Caterer’s services at or inside the Venue or Event we are not responsible However, Our Client/s will indemnify and will be held Soley responsible for any hold harmless self-handling damage, theft, or loss of Caterer’s food handling that occurs after dropping off, any handling outside of tasty tease bistro fusion Co. That occurs before, during, or after the event we are not responsible for. Our responsibilities are of the food drop off / anything during the event operations, causes will be Soley client responsibilities or a third party and or guest liability/ Tasty Tease bistro Fusions LLC will not be held responsible for any services that are handled outside of our handling and or care.

7. Cancellation

If the Client needs to change dates & times/reserve with our catering Co, the Client must call our customer service line (Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions LLC @ 610.580.0090) followed by an email and an agreed consultation response from/via email by our customer service staff customerservice@tastyteasebistrofusions.com (2 weeks in advance)



Cancelation on the behalf of our delivery food services / will apply the following guidelines: If not follow our company policies are as stand/ if any personal details are inaccurate, declined payments, Incorrection of payment and or agreement once confirmed via verbal or in writing, non-completion or missing information of online reservation booking form.



A cancellation fee of 25 percent of the booking cost will be active before refund with the completion via email customerservice@tastyteasebistrofusions.com request of consultation, which will be in effect once confirmed by one of our customer services staff members with a confirmation email on our behalf. The client understands that upon entering into this Contract, the Caterer is committing time and resources to this Event and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount hard to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply.



If the Client requests cancellation of this Contract 2 weeks/ 14 days no less before the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 70% percent of the Estimated Total Cost.

If the Client requests cancellation 3 weeks before the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 30% percent of the Estimated Total Costs.



After 30 days in advance of the Event, the Caterer shall be entitled to 100 percent of the Estimated Total Cost. The Client’s deposit will be credited against the cancellation fees owed. Any balance will be payable upon the notice of cancellation.

8. Legal Compliance

The caterer will work in compliance with all applicable local health department rules and regulations relating to food preparation and food service.

9. Assignment

This Contract cannot be assigned by either Party without the other’s written consent, with the exception outlined in paragraph 10, below.

10. Limitation of Remedies

If Caterer cannot fulfill its obligations under this Contract for reasons outside of its control, the Caterer may locate and retain a replacement catering company at no additional cost to the Client, or refund the Client’s money in full. The caterer will not be responsible for any other damages or compensation under these circumstances.

11. Resolution of Disputes

The Parties agree to not post any negative information about (Tasty Tease bistro Fusions Co.) Our catering services, staff, or posting any online discrimination on your behalf regarding our company name mentioning or staff, no personal phone, email, social media, web, and or any links or forms arising out of this Contract or Event on any online forum or website. When posting and or advertising please notify Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions LLC first with our consent and approval, without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof and providing the other party with an opportunity to resolve or confirm exception of any issues and or advertisements between the parties amicably.

12. Jurisdiction and Venue

This Contract will be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, or any other state agreed upon that we serviced through our company (tasty tease bistro fusions LLC) and any legal action must be filed in the State of Pennsylvania.
