Menu Services
We are committed to creating a personalized and tailored menu for you during the consultation process. If certain food options become unavailable, our caterer is prepared to make minor adjustments to the menu (with your consent) to accommodate essential ingredients that may not be sourced due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding that final prices may be adjusted before the reservation is finalized, and we will keep you informed throughout this process.
Furthermore, our company does not provide alcoholic beverages, sealed soft drinks, or fruit drinks.
To ensure everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask that all changes be made at least two weeks before your scheduled catered event.
This advance notice will enable us to effectively organize the necessary arrangements, at the client's cost, to ensure uninterrupted access. Thanks for your cooperation!
Responsibilities for Related Costs
As the Client, you are solely responsible for all costs and deposits related to special requests, utensils, equipment, or any third-party outsourced services. Additionally, you must obtain any necessary permissions, authorizations, or other requirements needed for our Caterer to provide services for the event.
A formal agreement will need to be established. This requires a consultation, and a reservation form must be submitted. You must provide the guest counts to the Caterer during your reservation submission. Once your reservation is signed, the total estimated amount will be finalized as stated.
This will be documented on your electronic reservation receipt. Payment to the Caterer will be structured as follows: after your consultation is confirmed and finalized, the final amount is due upon completing the signing and submission of the online reservation form. The balance, which is approximately what has been agreed upon, is to be settled before the event. The exact amount is to be paid upon completion and signing of the online payment request with your provided signature.
Change Of Reservations or
Possible Cancellation Policy
To change event dates or times, a 30–60 day notice must be given to our catering company in line with our guidelines, followed by an email and a confirmed consultation response from our customer service team at smotheredfriedandsides@gmail.com at least two weeks in advance.
For cancellations of our delivery food services, the following applies: failure to follow company policies—including providing inaccurate personal details, declined or incorrect payments, disagreement after confirmation (verbal or written), or incomplete/missing information on the online booking form—will be subject to our cancellation terms.
Which consists of ;
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged before any refund is issued. Requests must be emailed to smotheredfriedandsides@gmail.com for consultation, which will take effect once confirmed by our customer service staff via email. Please note that by entering into this contract, the caterer commits time and resources to your event, and cancellations result in lost income and opportunities, which are difficult to calculate. Therefore, these limits apply:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event entitle our catering service to 70% of the estimated total cost.
Cancellations made 3 weeks before the event entitle the caterer to 30% of the estimated total cost.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event entitle the caterer to 100% of the estimated total cost. The client’s deposit will be credited toward the cancellation fees, with any balance due upon cancellation notice.
Insurance and Indemnification
Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions LLC is pleased to provide top-notch food drop-off services for your events. ensure timely and professional delivery; however, please be aware that we are not responsible for any event-related issues or insurance matters at the venue. Clients must indemnify us and assume full responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss that occurs after the food has been delivered. Our responsibility is solely limited to the drop-off, and we cannot be held liable for any issues caused by the handling or actions of third parties.
Cancellation Policy
Common Cancellation Policies
Our catering tier is set up to protect our team’s hard work while ensuring the quality and safety of our food vendor bookings and costs.
For all food booking and service cancellations:

A minimum 10-day notice is required for small gatherings, such as social events or work groups of 30 or fewer.

A minimum 30-day notice is needed for most birthday celebrations, social gatherings, anniversaries, corporate luncheons, and similar events with up to 100 guests.

A minimum 60-day notice applies to gatherings, personal events, cocktail concerts, main events, and promotional functions with at least 150 guests.

A minimum 90-day notice is required for large-scale events, showcases, concerts, and exclusive functions with 200+ guests, with half the deposit forfeited.

A minimum 4-month notice is needed for major events with 300+ guests.

Events with 200+ guests will be scheduled for a consultation to review further terms and agreements.
STAFFING SERVICE CANCELATIONS:

Must give 2 weeks' prior notice to add additional staff; an extra cost will apply to your final event cost

Must give 2 weeks' prior notice & 50.00$ staff cancellation-drop fee

For our staff and your safety, we require that our staff be equipped with security personnel at all times during event hours

Food add-on/ incurs a 100% additional charge on top of the total estimated cost, as ingredients have already been pre- ordered for purchase.
Reservation & Order Changes:
Exciting news about your planning! Here are some simple guidelines for making changes to guest counts and menu items:

Final Guest Count: We want to ensure your event is a hit! Please provide a "guaranteed" final guest count 14 days before your big day. Remember, you’ll be billed for this minimum count, even if a few less attenteded guest!

Menu Modifications: Got a last-minute craving? No problem! We happily accept standard order changes—like adding a delicious dish—up to 3 to 5 business days before the event.

Administrative Fees: To keep everything running smoothly, there’s a flat administrative fee (e.g., $100) for changes made within a week of your event, especially for pre-set arrangements through our catering service. Let’s make your event unforgettable!
8. Legal Compliance
The caterer will follow all relevant local health department rules and regulations for food preparation and service.
9. Host Assignment
When a host is booking services, make sure all details are shared with those involved, family, or friends, etc., and all communication is handled by the host who booked the event. Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions only retains information from hosts. This contract can’t be transferred to another party without confirmation by one of our staff members, followed by written consent from everyone involved, such as via email to smotherfriedandsides@gmail.com, to ensure your requested services are accurate.
10. Limitation of Remedies
If our
If our catering company can’t meet its obligations under this contract due to circumstances beyond our control, we may arrange for a replacement catering company, and you’ll get a full refund. In such cases, our caterer won’t be responsible for any extra charges or compensation once our services are cancelled and refunded. Any services after cancellation will be handled solely by the provider you independently book.
11. Resolution of Disputes
By booking our service, you agree that we may use any event-related photos for commercial purposes in connection with our services and your participation. Both parties agree not to share any negative information about Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions Co., including our catering, staff, or any online content involving our name, team, contact details, social media, website, or related links tied to this contract or event. Before posting or advertising, please notify Tasty Tease Bistro Fusions LLC and get our consent in advance, giving us the opportunity to address or confirm any concerns, exceptions, or promotions in a friendly and cooperative way.
